As the top of the range SUV from Mercedes-Benz, the GLS Maybach 600 has a very luxurious exterior and interior.
For the appearance, the new front grille has a simpler design, with a straight chrome grille that gives a dignified and majestic look, this is a common design approach for top luxury cars.
The sides of the car look solid and heavy, with the exclusive Maybach logo inlaid on the D-pillar, giving the whole car a clean and competent look.
At the rear, two horizontal chrome-plated strips and a double exhaust under the rear bumper add a sense of hierarchy.
For the interior: it uses the latest design language of the Mercedes-Benz family, with features such as a large integrated screen and ambient lighting, and is extremely well finished. The steering wheel and centre console are made of solid wood and leather, which are impeccable in terms of touch and feel. The car is also equipped with 64-colour ambient lighting, a fragrance system called "NO.8 mood" and a high-end 3D surround sound system by Burmester.
The new interior upgrade is available in four-seat layouts, with the four-seat model having a second row of individual seats further back than the regular GLS and a huge leg drag, with a maximum reclining rear seat angle of 43.5 degrees and a maximum rear legroom of 1.34 metres. The centre is crossed by a fridge, console, storage space and wireless charging station for mobile phones, presenting a first-class design similar to that of the Maybach S-Class.
This is what makes the GLS Maybach so special.
